Sponsorship payment must be made in full before sponsored message will be placed.
The pixel space is a sponsored, not a purchase.
Sponsorship transactions are final and nonrefundable as payments will have been placed to the charities associated with the fundraiser.
Sponsorship space cannot be reduced once completed.
Sponsorship spaces might not be expandable after initial sponsorship is made.
The date and time of payment is the beginning of the sponsorship period, defined by Universal Time, Coordinated.
The sponsor is entitled to have his specified message placed for the selected period of time, in or close to the area selected by him, with Internet link, which is the sole obligation of the host, which assumes no further liabilities.
It is the responsibility of the sponsor to provide the host with a valid Internet address (URL) for the ad in the form of "http://www.sponsor.com", or equivalent, with a properly sized ad image, and with a title for the image not exceeding the defined limit for the fundraiser generally 70 characters.
Sponsorship images and titles will not be placed if deemed unsuitable by the staff and associates of Just Online Fundraising, in their sole discretion.
In the event of rejection, a different ad image and/or title may be submitted or the sponsor may request a refund and relinquish all interest in the selected sponsorship space.
Just Online Fundraising reserves the right, in its own discresion and without disclosure of reason, to refuse any sponsorship application or to remove any sponsorship and return pro-rata any payments made.
The sponsor shall make no representation that Just Online Fundraising endorses in any manner the sponsor, his advertisement, products, or services.
The sponsor, which includes Just Online Fundraising, The Hawley Group, employees, and associates, shall be held harmless by the sponsor of any and all results from the placement of the image, title, and link.
These terms and conditions are the entire set of terms and conditions; no other representations are made.
By acting to sponsor an pixel space, the sponsor signifies agreement with these terms and conditions.
